Antara Pal – A Story of Resilience and Courage 

Antara Pal was 39 years old and building a successful corporate career when she discovered a lump in her breast in 2019. What began as a routine medical check soon turned into a life-changing moment when tests confirmed that she had breast cancer. 

Shocked by the diagnosis, Antara chose to face the challenge with determination and courage. After consulting specialists, she underwent chemotherapy followed by breast-conserving surgery and radiotherapy. With the support of her family and medical team, she remained strong throughout the treatment and recovery process. 

Although the journey brought several physical and emotional challenges, including the side effects of treatment and concerns about her future, Antara continued to focus on healing and moving forward with strength. 

Within months of completing her treatment, she returned to work and gradually rebuilt her life. Today, Antara lives a fulfilling life and continues her professional journey in Bengaluru. 

Her story is a powerful reminder of resilience, the importance of early detection, and the strength it takes to overcome life’s unexpected challenges.
