Dr. Prathyusha Prasad – Fighting Cancer with Fortitude 

Dr. Prathyusha Prasad, a consultant dental surgeon at KIMS Hospitals in Hyderabad, was diagnosed with breast cancer after a routine mammography unexpectedly revealed a suspicious lump. With no prior symptoms, the diagnosis came as a shock. 

Despite the challenges that followed, Dr. Prathyusha approached the situation with remarkable calm and determination. She underwent surgery, followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy, enduring the physical and emotional side effects of treatment with resilience and strength. 

Throughout her journey, the support of her husband, son, and colleagues at the hospital played a vital role in helping her stay positive and focused on recovery. 

Believing strongly in staying calm and going with the flow of life, Dr. Prathyusha never allowed cancer to define her outlook. Her story reflects courage, fortitude, and the strength that comes from facing life’s toughest challenges with optimism and determination.
